AI Software Architect, AI Software Solutions

Our AI Software Solutions Team specializes in AI optimization, including fine-tuning large language models for efficiency and developing custom AI software for industry-leading clients. THE ROLE: Join a world-class team enabling software for data centers and supercomputers. We seek talented AI Software Engineers to push the boundaries of efficiency and performance, optimizing the software ecosystem for next-generation GPU accelerators. You'll work with sophisticated clients, leveraging the latest hardware and software tools to solve complex challenges. Minimum 4 years of experience required.
THE PERSON: We seek a highly motivated AI Software Engineer skilled in Python and/or C++, experienced in analyzing and optimizing AI software performance, and understanding hardware bottlenecks. Must be self-driven and a team player.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
Experience with major DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow in inference, fine-tuning, or training
System-level performance optimization experience, especially with GPUs
Open-source software development experience is a plus
Publications in reputable ML conferences/journals are a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills for performance issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Profiling tools across AI software stack (Torchprofiler, Nsight, etc.)
Parallel computing on GPU accelerators (NCCL, MPI, OpenMP)
Performance analysis for CPU and GPU
Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
Effective communication skills
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with relevant experience.
