ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service Guide guests through the beer menu, offering samples and recommendations Accurately pour and serve beer, maintaining appropriate presentation and portion standards Maintain a clean and organized bar/taproom area Monitor customer alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible serving guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during high-volume hours Handle transactions via POS system and manage tabs accurately Assist with events, tastings, and beer releases as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 21+ years of age Previous bartending or serving experience preferred (especially in beer-centric environments) Passion for craft beer with a desire to learn more (Cicerone certification is a plus!) Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for the entire length of shift. Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
