About the Company : A leading provider in the HVAC industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions to our clients.

About the Role : The technician will service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Follow safety protocols and company processes.
• Service and repair various HVAC systems, including:
• Air- and water-cooled chillers (up to 100 tons)
• Hot-water heating systems and cooling systems
• Digital and pneumatic temperature control systems
• Air-handling equipment and duct systems
• Water-source heat pumps, self-contained units, and VAV systems
• Basic maintenance on gas-fired boilers and chilled-water systems

Qualifications :

• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical systems, and low-voltage controls.
• Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving qualifications.
• Must have at least five years of commercial HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED, Universal Refrigerant Card, and Gas Fitters Card required.

Required Skills :

• Strong technical skills in HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with advanced HVAC technologies.
• Certifications in HVAC or related fields.

Pay range : $28.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
