The Express Service Technician position at Doug Smith Kia is crucial to efficiently and thoroughly servicing vehicles. As an Express Service Technician, you can work closely with Service Advisors and coworkers, collaborating seamlessly to ensure prompt completion of all responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to vehicles on time
• Performing vehicle inspections and documenting findings accurately
• Collaborating with Service Advisors to obtain necessary information and updates on service orders
• Ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork and service records
• Utilizing advanced automotive technology and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive technician is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle components and systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening
