POSITION DETAILS Department: Patient Guest Relations
Location: US:PA:Lewisburg
Typical Work Schedule: 2:30-11pm, rotating weekends and holidays
Primary Shift: Shift 2
Work Type: 0.9 FTE (full-time, 72 hours biweekly)
Exempt: No
SUMMARY Position is designed to provide a safe, welcoming environment to our patients and guests, this position has been created to address the safety concerns related to COVID-19 as well as function as a department representative.
QUALIFICATIONS 1. Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
2. Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; high School diploma preferred.
3. Operate basic screening equipment (thermal no touch thermometer, handheld thermometer).
4. Active listening skills.
5. A positive, professional, and caring attitude in dealing with patients and their families, Hospital staff, visitors, and colleagues.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Strong critical thinking skills.
8. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and directed.
9. Work requires intermediate computer literacy skills to manipulate files and manage multiple programs.
Pennsylvania State Police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance, and an FBI criminal history check required.
