Spataccino Hauling LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Shot Truck Driver to join our team in the Norristown, PA area. In this role, you'll be responsible for the timely and safe transport of storage containers using a pick-up truck and a 40-foot trailer. This is a hands-on position that combines driving expertise with the physical demands of loading and unloading.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a pick-up truck with a 40-foot trailer to transport storage containers to various customer locations.
• Safely load and unload storage containers onto and off the trailer, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ensure all loads are secured properly and transported in compliance with state and federal traffic laws and regulations.
• Efficiently plan and navigate routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and other team members regarding delivery schedules, potential delays, or any unforeseen issues.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures related to transportation, safety, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid, non-CDL driver's license.
• A clean driving record is essential.
• Proven experience operating a pick-up truck with a 40-foot trailer.
• Physical ability and stamina to safely load and unload heavy storage containers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety protocols.
