Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

  • Salary range- 45,000-$90,000 Base plus commission.

Requirements

MON – THURS: 830AM TO 530PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH

FRIDAY: 830AM – 5:00PM WITH ½ HOUR LUNCH

SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON. ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. MAY WORK 1 -2 SATURDAYS /MONTH. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
