This position is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the store’s inventory. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. Minimum Eligibility Requirements include one year of inventory control experience in a “big box” retail company or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience is required. Business analysis experience is a plus. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite are necessary. The candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, possess excellent customer service skills, and work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Essential Functions include compliance with safe lifting practices, following daily cycle count and category review calendar, researching inventory discrepancies and making adjustments, reviewing shipping and receiving documents, auditing various inventory and return processes, ensuring security of the facility, assisting during physical inventory periods, running and documenting reports, checking customer receipts, communicating discrepancies to management, maintaining paperwork, and following up on changes. Working conditions involve exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles with moderate to noisy noise levels. Physical requirements include medium work with lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects weighing 10-50 pounds, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Store and pickup hours vary throughout the week.
