DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. This role involves working with AWS services, infrastructure automation, logging and monitoring systems, and collaborating with senior engineers to improve operational efficiency in a cloud-native environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD for Plume Open Sync Cloud and CBU-related updates.
• Support infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring seamless deployments and configurations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, and Route53.
• Develop and maintain scripting solutions in Python and Bash for automation and deployment tasks.
• Enhance system monitoring and observability by improving logging (Fluent Bit, Loki, ELK) and alerting (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana) mechanisms.
• Document processes and best practices while collaborating with senior engineers to expand expertise in cloud-native DevOps tooling.

Required skills and experience include:

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure management (EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, Route53).
• Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and deployment tasks.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Fluent Bit, Loki, ELK, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to system optimization and issue resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills and a desire to learn from senior engineers in a fast-paced cloud-native environment.
