Today could be the day you take back control of your life and your career. We're hiring Independent Life Insurance Agents who are ready to work hard, learn a proven system, and finally earn what they’re worth — all while helping others secure their financial futures.

This is a 1099, commission-only, independent contractor position . No experience is necessary — though licensed agents are preferred. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support.

What Is The Job Responsibility?

This is a 1099 contract role and is a 100% commission position, you can work from anywhere you desire that has internet capability. As an Insurance Agent, you will selling insurance policies to your clients virtually on the phone, you will be responsible for being nimble and agile in how you market and strategize to increase your sales and commissions. You will have mentorship and training guidance, but YOU will be your own BOSS and determine your success by how driven you are to succeed. No door to door knocking and neighborhood prospecting is required.

Earnings Potential

➡️ Part-Time 15-20 hours per week and can earn $2,500-$4,000+ per month.
➡️ Full-Time 40-45 hours per week and can earn $5,000-$20,000+ per month.

Your earnings are uncapped and based directly on your performance.

 

Position Details:

• Work remotely from anywhere, part-time or full-time.
• Set your own schedule and create your own agency if you choose.
• Sell life insurance products to individuals who have already requested assistance — no cold calling , door-knocking, or prospecting neighbors.

Job Information:

• Job Types : Full-time, Part-time (Remote)

• License : Active Life and Health Insurance License preferred, but not required to apply

Qualifications:

✅ Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage preferred, but not mandatory
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with people
✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
✅ Highly motivated and self-driven
✅ Must be able to pass a background check
✅ Must obtain a Life & Health insurance license to sell insurance
