As the Manager of Employee (Caregiver) Health RN Services , you will play a crucial role in leading our Caregiver Health Services (CHS) Call Center nursing team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the CHS Call Center Manager, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate the operations of the CHS Call Center nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a culture of safety and support.
• Collaborate with the EH Regional Director to develop and implement programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that nurses are trained to manage infectious disease exposures effectively.
• Conduct audits for quality and consistency, addressing concerns promptly.
• Work closely with Caregiver Health Services leadership, Medical Directors, and local health authorities.

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (if RN) or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 6 years of related experience, with 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in supervising healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated supervisory abilities in a healthcare setting.

Preferred:

• Nurse Occupational Health certification upon hire.
• CAP Green Belt certification upon hire.

Working Conditions

This position is primarily based at St. Vincent Medical Center , with routine visits to our facilities at Seaside Hospital, Newberg Medical Center, and Medford Medical Center.
