Responsibilities:
Perform a range of natural nail services in accordance with salon protocols.
Provide expert advice and recommendations of appropriate homecare to clients.
Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our safety and hygiene standards.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all nail care supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the salons growth and reputation by providing exceptional service and promoting our natural nail care philosophy.
Qualifications:
Valid, active professional license.
Knowledge of and experience with natural nail care techniques.
Knowledge of and experience with gel overlays and gel extensions
Knowledge of and experience with dry/e-file manicure
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and understand client needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
