Your Role in Our Water Team As our NbS Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of an internationally leading company in climate resiliency and nature-based solutions. Our strategy emphasizes sustainability and doing good. You will work with an international, interdisciplinary team dedicated to water issues, collaborating across the Americas and globally. Key Responsibilities Lead business development and client engagement within service lines, sectors, key accounts, and growth initiatives. Design and oversee high-quality NbS projects for shoreline, inland, urban water programs to mitigate development and climate impacts. Develop technical approaches and winning proposals in NbS, demonstrating innovative, forward-thinking solutions to enhance our brand and success in climate adaptation and water projects. Enhance Ramboll's reputation through publications, academic partnerships, and presentations related to NbS. Qualifications and Experience MS in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Applied Science, with 15+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated expertise. Extensive experience in designing NbS and sustainable development. Proven ability to integrate NbS to address challenges, improve resilience, and promote sustainability in diverse water projects. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Personal Qualities Innovative leadership and comprehensive design skills in NbS and related engineering trades. Ability to influence teams and implement sustainable solutions. Desire to mentor and guide colleagues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Salary Transparency Compensation ranges from approximately $130,000 to $165,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and other factors. This does not include bonuses or additional benefits.
