Job Description We are currently seeking 3 experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for permanent positions in Plano, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for board-certified NNPs who provide exceptional care to neonates in a Level III/IV NICU environment. • Provide care to neonates in a NICU Level III/IV, working closely with a Surgical Subspecialty backup team.
• Manage a case load of 6-16 patients per clinician, depending on the facility.
• Perform NNP duties in a 24-hour in-house setting, with shift times from 7A-7P.
• Utilize PremiEHR/Patient Keeper for EMR charting and documentation.
• Work across all 7 Medical City locations, ensuring comprehensive care across the network.

• Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Texas State License is required (candidates who need to apply for a TX license will be considered).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is required.
• Experience working at a Level III/IV NICU is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload of neonates. Premier Staffing Solution
