️ What You’ll Do:

• Help adults with disabilities live full, safe, and meaningful lives

• Provide support with daily routines like cooking, bathing, medication, and communication

• Create calm, positive environments and redirect challenging behaviors when needed

• Ensure safety during community outings and activities

• Uphold human rights and model kindness, patience, and respect

• Document progress, assist with appointments, and be someone they can count on

What We’re Looking For:

• People who love people —kind, patient, reliable, and ready to learn

• Able to work nights and weekends as part of a consistent, full-time schedule

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willing to complete on-the-job training, including CPR/First Aid, TOVA, and Medication Administration

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
