Position: Outside Services & Cart Manager
Location: Prairie Falls Golf Club – Post Falls, Idaho
Employment Type: Full-Time | Seasonal. Year-Round Potential

Reports To: Head Golf Professional / General Manager / Pro Shop Attendant

Prairie Falls Golf Club is a public golf facility known for exceptional course conditions, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier guest service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to lead our outside operations team. While we do not have a driving range, we focus on delivering a seamless and enjoyable golf experience from arrival to departure.

Position Overview:

The Outside Services & Cart Manager is responsible for overseeing all golf cart operations and outside services, including staging, cleaning, maintenance, and guest interaction. This role plays a critical part in the first and last impression guests receive and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily setup and breakdown of the cart staging area.
• Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and properly maintained.
• Greet guests, assist with golf bags, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Monitor pace of play and provide support to on-course staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outside service areas.
• Coordinate with the golf shop and maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train new team members in proper service standards and safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues and assist with minor maintenance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly desired.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to comply with state liquor laws
