They develop and implement therapy programs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams and guardians. This role may involve traveling between school locations and supervising therapy assistants.

Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $40 – $43.50 per hour
• 5-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Associaton BLS
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
