A day in the life. As our Regional Carrier Partnerships Liaison, you'll be a vital connection between our carrier partners and the local MMA Mid-Atlantic region offices, collaborating with leaders, sharing information, minimizing local meetings, and maximizing our combined marketing leverage for the region. This position will provide guidance to acquisitions and others, as needed, regarding appropriate carrier access. The Regional Carrier Partnerships Liaison will manage carrier partnerships and have a thorough understanding of carrier capabilities, capacity, appetites, submission flows and production results. You will accomplish these goals by identifying and executing strategy around carrier partnerships and developing a comprehensive understanding of the geographic needs and opportunities of all offices and industry verticals.

Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in business or related field required
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive industry leadership and carrier/marketing experience.
• Proven expertise understanding coverages, exposure issues and carriers
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
