We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Reinsurance Department. The ideal candidate will manage compliance and administrative tasks related to client reinsurance company formation, documentation, and corporate administration. Additionally, this person will interact with senior leadership and engage with the company's most important clients, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Client Reinsurance Formation : Handle the formation and documentation of client reinsurance companies, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Corporate Administration : Manage corporate administration workflows, including obtaining EINs, filing necessary documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting and Submissions : Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Client Support : Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support through video conferencing, telephone, and email. Conduct thorough research to maintain a high level of service.
  • Meeting Coordination : Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Project Management : Track projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Assistance : Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Process Improvement : Analyze existing processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • In Office Work : Up to one day per week in office required.

Experience and Education:

  • Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe and DocuSign.
  • Career Progression : Proven track record of progressively increasing levels of responsibility throughout their professional career.
