Overview: Our Award-Winning Client is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Hospice) to join their expanding team in Carlisle, PA. This vital role is focused on delivering high-quality Hospice care to patients within their own homes. The ideal candidate should possess substantial nursing experience and demonstrate an ability to provide compassionate care while managing a dynamic set of responsibilities. Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), with Hospice experience being highly advantageous.
• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania (PA).
• An Associate degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License, along with a reliable mode of transportation and current auto insurance.

Preferred Qualification:

• Candidates are encouraged to provide their RN License Number for verification.

Position Highlights:

• This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering Monday-Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend on-call duties are required every 5-7 weeks (Friday 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
• A thorough 6-week onboarding program tailored specifically for RNs.
• The role involves travel within the local area, with reimbursement provided for travel expenses.
• A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
• The position comes with a significant bonus of $15,000, distributed quarterly within the first year.

Territory/Driving Expectation: The role is centered in Carlisle, PA, with travel required within this area.

Desired Experience:

• Candidates with backgrounds in Hospice, Home Health, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, Oncology, or long-term care will find their experience particularly relevant.
