Job Description

Our client:

A residential appliance & equipment repair company with a growing commercial division
Plans to modernize and scale with investments in AI, marketing, and branding
Offers full benefits + 401K
Willing to relocate the right candidate

Ideal Candidate:

Strong technical background – must have come up as a technician and be capable of fieldwork when needed
3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians
Well-rounded in cold side refrigeration, familiar with parts, logistics, and client service. HVAC background or related field experience strongly considered
Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to build a team and scale the business
This roles focus is to build and lead the commercial division (cold & hot sides), develop the team, visit clients, help shape growth strategy
