In this crucial role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing solar photovoltaic (PV) modules on rooftops and other structures, ensuring compliance with site assessments and schematics. If you are passionate about renewable energy and seeking a fulfilling career path, we want to hear from you! Roles & Responsibilities Install solar modules according to code and specifications. Identify safety hazards and ensure proper orientation, layout, and structural integrity for installations. Review designs to confirm current requirements and address any installation or material deficiencies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of installations, including photographs and diagrams, and submit them promptly. Keep the job site clean and organized. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of electrical training or experience is preferred. Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to work with hands and tools, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting. Ability to work safely on roofs for extended periods and ascend/descend ladders. Safely lift and move weights of 40 to 50 lbs. regularly. Consistent and reliable attendance record.
