Job Description

Join our team as a Solar Panel Installer and play a key role in transforming renewable energy into reality! As a vital member of our installation crew, you'll be responsible for assembling and installing solar photovoltaic (PV) modules with precision and care, ensuring compliance with our site assessments and schematics. Roles & Responsibilities Install solar modules according to established codes and specifications. Identify any safety hazards and ensure proper orientation, module layout, solar access, and structural integrity of installations. Examine designs to determine current requirements and proactively address any deficiencies in system installation or materials. Maintain thorough documentation during installations, including photographs, location diagrams, and existing site features, and submit in a timely manner. Keep the job site neat and organized to promote a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED is required. 1-2 years of electrical training or experience is preferred, giving you a head start. Strong mechanical skills and comfort working with hands and tools; climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, and crouching required. Ability to work safely on roofs and ascend/descend ladders for extended periods. Capability to lift and move objects weighing 40 to 50 lbs regularly. Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality. Have reliable transportation to our office or job site as instructed by your supervisor.
