This 10 hour/week work-study position supports the Music Department. Specifically, the student will: Manage Music Department social media accounts (e.g., Instagram and Facebook); Oversee sheet music printing and copy needs for all members; Craft seating charts for each concert session and oversee weekly stage set up for instrumental ensemble rehearsals; Assist with concert program design and development, along with printing and securing a digital QR code; Support concert performance needs (e.g., cueing the YouTube stream, directing stage changes in between performance groups, help with performer needs like missing music or broken reed replacements, take and archive candid pictures throughout each concert); Assist with file management and Music Department OneDrive maintenance; Other duties, as assigned.
