What You'll Do:

As a Traveling HVAC/R Installer Helper , you’ll support our experienced technicians with installing systems in commercial locations across Texas and the region. Duties include:

• Assisting in the installation of commercial refrigeration , HVAC, ductwork, piping, and equipment
• Carrying tools and materials to/from job areas
• Keeping the worksite organized and safe
• Following all safety protocols
• Learning on the job and supporting senior techs on large-scale projects

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Some HVAC/R installation or HVAC service experience is required — we’ll train motivated helpers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Reliable transportation to job meet-up points or local job sites
• Availability to travel throughout the state of Texas - typically 2-4 weeks at a time
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Integrity, pride in your work, and a desire to grow in the trade
