The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, significant leadership experience in student life, and a proven track record in program development, crisis management, and student wellness. A Master's degree, former collegiate athlete experience, and a background in a globally diverse environment are preferred. The position demands a full-time, year-round commitment, with evening and weekend availability, and the ability to manage the physical demands of the campus environment.
