The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a dynamic caseload, working closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, and representing clients in court. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including courtroom appearances and trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Provide legal counsel to clients and keep them informed throughout the case
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support arguments and motions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and resolution
• Manage multiple litigation files with minimal supervision
• Support and strengthen client relationships through responsive communication

• 1–2 years of civil litigation experience; defense experience preferred
• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and case management
