Position Summary:

As a Resume Screener , you will be the first line of talent identification for MediLodge, reviewing resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for a wide range of roles. Your decisions will help streamline the hiring process and ensure our teams are staffed with skilled, compassionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate resumes and applications for multiple job openings across MediLodge centers
• Screen candidates for qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with job criteria
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and tag qualified candidates
• Communicate screening results to recruiters and hiring managers promptly
• Identify red flags, resume gaps, or inconsistencies for further review
• Maintain confidential candidate records and uphold data integrity
• Assist with improving screening processes and updating job criteria as needed
• Apply consistent and unbiased screening practices to support diversity goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume screening tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
