As a Crew Lead , you will be responsible for managing a team of solar installers, ensuring that all residential solar projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. You will report directly to the Construction Manager, holding your crew accountable for performance, safety standards, and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Leadership: Supervise, guide, and direct the solar installation crew on residential projects, ensuring all team members are performing their tasks effectively and safely.
• Accountability: Ensure that crew members are adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Hold the crew accountable for their work and ensure equipment and materials are properly managed.
• Collaboration: Work directly with the Construction Manager to communicate project updates, any challenges on-site, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Solar System Installation: Oversee the installation of solar panels, inverters, electrical wiring, and related components for residential systems.
• Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the installation process, ensuring the system is fully functional upon completion.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety codes, local regulations, and company standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior crew members, helping them improve their skills and ensuring they understand the best practices in solar installation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in solar installation and a proven track record of managing or leading a team.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a crew, ensuring that all team members stay on task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with solar panel systems , electrical components, and installation processes for residential projects.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in outdoor conditions, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
